ZuckerO Sugar-Free Chocolate Cake

A rich and decadent chocolate cake made with ZuckerO sweetener, offering a delightful dessert without the sugar!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour (or regular flour)
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • ½ cup ZuckerO sweetener (equivalent to ½ cup sugar; adjust to your taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or regular milk)
  • ½ cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the eggs, melted butter, ZuckerO sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
  5. Stir in the almond milk until smooth.
  6. Slowly pour in the boiling water, stirring until the batter becomes thin and smooth.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
