ZuckerO Sugar-Free Chocolate Cake
A rich and decadent chocolate cake made with ZuckerO sweetener, offering a delightful dessert without the sugar!

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour (or regular flour)
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- ½ cup ZuckerO sweetener (equivalent to ½ cup sugar; adjust to your taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or regular milk)
- ½ cup boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat together the eggs, melted butter, ZuckerO sweetener, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
- Stir in the almond milk until smooth.
- Slowly pour in the boiling water, stirring until the batter becomes thin and smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
